For our Chief Operating Officer in Bratislava we are looking for a new colleague to be a Personal Assistant 

Scope of work, rights and responsibilities

If you like IT, you are "smart", you prefer a positive attitude, you are a natural diplomat and do not mind doing more as was agreed in the contract, then we are looking for you. You will be the "right" hand of our COO and other top management members will also appreciate your help. Work with us will be dynamic, you will not be bored. Be prepared for active use of the driving license and communication in the English language. Knowing how to plan your time will be your top priority and keeping the calendar of the COO will be a priority as it will be a hundredfold on You :) You will have also fun by preparing various events where creativity is not set and you can also use your natural charm to represent the company. Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant for COO will include:

- managing and organizing the agenda of the COO

- managing correspondence, receiving and answering calls for COO, visit invitation

- planning, organization and coordination of working meetings, business trips for the top management

- preparation of documents for the COO (presentations, statistics, analyses)

- writing and checking the accuracy of both the formal and the content pages

- checking and ensuring proper circulation of documents (both internally and externally)

- participation in meetings of operational and strategic character, conducting records from meetings

- evaluation and selection of information, active assistance in the operational and conceptual activities of the COO

- daily communication with other employees of the company by telephone, email and personally based on the instructions of the COO

- communication with parent and affiliated companies and external entities under the authority of the COO (also in English)

- support for marketing and sales department (organisation and company presentation on internal and external events - trainings, seminars, conferences, trade fairs etc.)

Knowledge

• Minimum required education: University education
• English language – fluent is a must, German is an advantage
• Microsoft Excel - advanced
• Microsoft Word - advanced
• Microsoft Outlook – advanced
• Microsoft Windows- advanced

Personal qualities and skills:

- proven track on a similar position min. 2 years

- excellent PC knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, www, e-mail)
