Support Employee (m/f/d) for the support of customer systems

For our headquarter in Karlsruhe with about 100 employees we are looking for a Support Employee (m/f/d) for the support of customer systems.

Your tasks:

  • You carry out technical analyses and troubleshooting on customer systems
  • You support our customers and channel partners in ERP functionality issues
  • You will also have intensive telephone customer contact with regard to technical programming questions
  • You work closely with our development department to further develop our products

Your profile:

  • You have experience with ERP systems, especially in the areas of production and materials management
  • Concrete experiences with HTML, Java, C# (.NET), Java (J2EE) and XML as well as the current Microsoft products Internet Information Server and SQL Server are advantageous
  • Knowledge of the XP, Windows 8/10 and Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 operating systems is also helpful
  • Very good German skills in speaking and writing
