 Your tasks:

  •  You are responsible for the initial telephone contact with interested parties
  • You represent the company and provide comprehensive information about our services
  • You carefully prepare the gained information in order to effectively support our sales team
  • You will also maintain and expand our contact database to include important companies and contacts in the ERP sector
  • The organisation of presentation appointments between interested parties and our sales staff is also part of your area of responsibility

  Your profile:

  • You have a technical or commercial education and have already gained some practical experience in telemarketing and/or sales assistance
  • Your strong communication skills are reflected in a flawless oral and written expression
  • You can convince our potential new customers with your positive nature, expertise and sovereignty
  • Your way of working is characterised by a high sales orientation as well as a pronounced service mentality
  • Secure user knowledge with MS Office programs, ideally even with CRM systems
  • Very good German skills in speaking and writing
