Your tasks:

  • Your main focus is on general assistant and secretarial duties in an international environment
  • You carefully arrange and rework all meetings including preparing of presentations as per specification
  • As well you prepare minutes in German and English language
  • Coordination and arranging of appointments for the chairman as well as travel planning and -accounting
  • You organise international working groups and are responsible to track the results appropriately as well as operate and supervise cross-national projects
  • Independent adoption of specific assignments according upon agreement with the chairman

Your profile:

  • Several years of working experience as assistance within an international surrounding or an equal international function
  • You enjoy working as assistance and you enjoying changing tasks and the ability to adapt oneself on them top your profile off
  • You have an IT-affinity as well as entrepreneurial thinking to move forward projects target- and solution-orientated
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office and good knowledge in the German and English language is a necessity
  • Ability to work in a team, assertiveness and a willingness to travel occasionally (4 days a month) go without saying
  • You have a structured way to work in order to stay always on top of things even in work- intensive moments
