Support (f/m) for the support of customer systems

Your tasks:

  • You make technical analyses and problem solving on the customer´s systems
  • As well you support the customers and sales partners concerning questions around the ERP functionality
  • Concerning programm-technical questions in connection with ERP functionality you will have intensive telephonic contact with customers
  • To develop our product you work together with our development department very closely

Your profile:

  • You have economical skills as well as experience in object-orientated programming and in dealing with relational databases
  • Experience with an ERP-system especially in the trading sector are preferable
  • Experience with HTML, Java, C# (.NET), Java (J2EE) and XML as well as current Microsoft-products internet information server and SQL server are an advantage
  • Knowledge with system software Windows 10, Windows server 2008/2012 are helpful
  • Good knowledge in the German and English language written and oral we presume
